Revitilyte-Gelling is an oral electrolyte supplement with a thickening agent to slow fluid loss in animals. Provides a concentrated nutritional supplement containing dextrose to assist calves in recovery from scours, disease, weaning, ration change, and other stressful conditions. For calves, mix 3.5 oz. (one packet or scoop) into 2 quarts warm water and feed entire contents via bottle, pail, or esophageal feeder. Feed twice daily for at least two consecutive days. Revitilyte-Gelling may be used in calves, foals, lambs, kids, poultry, and companion animals. It is used for calves during scours diarrhea, ration change, weaning, weather changes, diseases, and any other condition of stress to assist in efficient recovery. When mixed with water, this Revitilyte Gelling provides a concentrated nutritional supplement for calves containing dextrose in a readily available form with a thickening agent to slow fluid loss. This gelling helps to treat and prevent dehydration during times of stress. It is an electrolyte supplement that slows down fluid loss and assists in more efficient recovery. This unique electrolyte product contains the amino acid Glycine, which helps in nutrient absorption. When given as directed, it replaces fluids and electrolytes, correct acidosis, and provides energy. Provide one dissolved packet per animal twice daily for a minimum of two consecutive days or as needed by using an open pail nipple pail or esophaegeal feeder. Feed before or after normal milk or milk replacer feedings. Piglets Kids Lambs Companion Animals: Feed above mixture at the rate of 4 fluid ounces per 5 pounds of body weight 4 times a day for two days or as directed by your veterinarian. Provide access to fresh clean water at all times. Discard unused portions; do not store. If conditions persist consult your veterinarian.
