Used to open up a teat for a cow so it can drain. Stainless steel. Ideal's Milk Cannulas are brass with a nickel finish, clean-cut eyes, smooth retaining ball and are free from burrs. Aid in removing milk from teats that cannot be milked naturally. Metal tube adjusts to fit all length teats. Stainless steel, self-retaining Milk Cannulas are designed to insert into the teat canal and readily adapt to long or short teats. Ideal for draining quarters that cannot be milked by hand to promote healing and prevent infection.
Disinfect teat and teat end. Insert sterilized drain tube into the teat canal. Remove when quarter is done draining. Dip teat to prevent infection. Sterilize drain tube.
