Meet our Animal Health Pharmacists! A team dedicated to safe, accurate, and timely prescription support for the animals in your care. We’re here to answer questions, verify dosing and directions, and help make sure every order is filled correctly.


Lance Paulson, RPh MS Director of Professional Services

 Lance has been an Executive with Armor Animal Health for 10 years and leads the Armor Livestock Pharmacies in NY, WI and SD, veterinarian staff from NY to ND to TX and the Regulatory Compliance Department. Lance spent 30 years practicing pharmacy on the human side of medicine, designed and opened three community pharmacies and came back to his agriculture roots when he joined Armor Animal Health. Lance’s passion is serving staff and producers to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Lance, his wife, twin sons and their dog Chip reside in Waunakee, WI and enjoy year-round outdoor activities up at the lake, including boating, fishing, hunting, winter sports and hiking during the free time they aren’t chasing boys around to swimming, basketball, lacrosse and their other latest sport interests.


Jesica Lowrey, PharmD

Jesica is the pharmacist in Beaver Dam, WI. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Jesica has 13 years of retail pharmacy experience including 6 years spent as a pharmacy manager.

 

She spent many years of her childhood helping on her neighbor’s small dairy farm and showing their jersey calves and heifers at a county fair. She joined Armor Animal Health in 2024 and has been dedicated to learning the industry and using her diligence from human pharmacy toward accuracy and safety of prescriptions for animals.

 

Jesica lives in Columbus, WI with her husband and two sons where they enjoy UTV rides, attending kids sporting events and spending time with family.


Hailey, Pharmacy Technician

Hailey is a University of Wisconsin- Platteville graduate. She started working as a pharmacy technician in 2021 and became a certified pharmacy technician in 2022. She spent several years working in retail pharmacy and joined Armor in 2024. She currently lives with her husband and three cats, who pretty much run the household.

Bill Clark, RPh PharmD

Bill Clark is the new Supervising Pharmacist in Cortland, NY. He is originally from Bristol, NY in the Finger Lakes region and graduated from pharmacy school in Albany in 2009. Bill brings 16 years of experience as a Supervising Pharmacist, with a background in hospital, nuclear, independent and chain retail pharmacies, primarily in rural settings.

 

His career began with a chain pharmacy in northern Maine, where he lived for five years before returning to New York. After several moves and the addition of two children, his family settled in Cortland. Bill has a long-standing interest in animals, holds a veterinary pharmacy certification and was drawn to Armor after learning it was opening near his home.

 

Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, boating and spending time outdoors with his family.

Michelle Stefanski-Seymour, CPhT

Michelle recently retired from Cornell University Hospital for Animals, where she spent decades gaining invaluable experience in both large and small animal care. During her time at Cornell, she worked as a shared employee between the pharmacy and the Cornell Ambulatory Clinic, fulfilling a wide range of farm-related requirements. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY Binghamton and an Associate’s degree in Nursing from TC3 in Dryden, NY. She earned her RN license in 2006 and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician. With her extensive background in animal care and healthcare, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.


Angela Early, CPhT

Angela is a former retail pharmacy technician with 11 years of experience in pharmacy. Prior to pharmacy she worked for Mallinkrodt Pharmaceuticals in Hobart NY. She holds an AA in Liberal Arts from SUNY Delhi, as well as a BS in Studio Art (minor in Art History) from the College of Saint Rose, and is currently working towards an AAS in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College. She spent time on a farm as a child helping to muck stalls and feed the cows and heifers at her stepfather’s farm in the Catskills. She brings a unique personality and skill set to the team, while always trying to learn something new.
